Easy Chicken Taco Salad
This easy chicken taco salad is a delicious and satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner. Packed with flavor and nutrients, it's a crowd-pleaser that comes together quickly.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup canned corn, drained
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 lime, juiced
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
To make the taco seasoning stick to the chicken, mix it with the shredded chicken in a small bowl
The romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, avocado, cheddar cheese, red onion, and cilantro should all be put in a large bowl together
Toss the chicken that has been seasoned with the salad ingredients to mix them together
Mix the ranch dressing, salsa, and lime juice together in a different small bowl
