Grilled Tandoori Chicken



Grilled Tandoori Chicken is a traditional Indian dish. The chicken is tender and flavorful, with a hint of smoke from the grill, thanks to the aromatic spices and yogurt marinade.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

Spices like ginger garlic paste, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, cayenne pepper, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl

Make sure the chicken drumsticks are well covered when you add them to the marinade

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight to marinate

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the chicken out of the marinade and pat it dry with oil

Turning the chicken every so often for about 15 to 20 minutes will get it cooked all the way through and a little charred

Add your favorite sides and serve hot
