Mojo Pork Tenderloin



With this Mojo Pork Tenderloin recipe, you can turn pork tenderloin into a dessert. The marinade gives the pork a zesty kick because it is full of citrus flavors and fragrant spices. It's a dish that tastes great because it's been grilled just right.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using should all be mixed together in a bowl using a whisk

Put the pork tenderloins in a large plastic bag that can be closed again or a shallow dish

Cover the pork with the mojo marinade by pouring it over it

Cover or seal the bag and put the dish in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Take the pork out of the marinade and let the extra marinade run off

The pork tenderloins should be grilled, turning them over every so often, for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C

Let the pork rest for a few minutes before cutting it up

Add some chopped fresh cilantro on top and serve
