Grilled Brined Shrimp with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
To make the brine, mix 4 cups of water, sea salt, and brown sugar in a bowl
Put shrimp that have been peeled and deveined in the brine and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
To make the Chimichurri Sauce, put black pepper, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes, and olive oil in a small bowl
To taste, add salt and black pepper
Take the shrimp out of the salt water, pat them dry, and then put them on skewers
Grill shrimp for two to three minutes on each side, or until they get opaque and a little charred
Add Chimichurri Sauce to the shrimp skewers that have been grilled and serve them
