Honey Mustard Ritz Cracker Salmon
This Honey Mustard Ritz Cracker Salmon is a great mix of sweet and savory flavors. The crispy crust gives the perfectly cooked salmon fillets extra texture and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter
In another bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard to make the honey mustard sauce
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper
Spread a layer of honey mustard sauce on each salmon fillet
Coat the top of each fillet with the Ritz cracker mixture, pressing gently to adhere
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired
