Keto Jalapeno Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Dice the jalapenos and add the minced garlic
For about two to three minutes, or until softened, saut
Take it off the heat and let it cool down
Put softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and the sauted jalapeno and garlic mixture in a mixing bowl
Mix everything together well
Fill the mushroom caps all the way to the top with the cream cheese mixture
On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the stuffed mushrooms
Put it in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling is golden and bubbly and the mushrooms are soft
Take it out of the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top
Enjoy while hot!
