Paleo Shrimp Skewers with Prosciutto Nectarines

Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices prosciutto, cut into thin strips
- 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
